v2.3
      - Added the ability to send CEC support for encoders using the SerialCEC module.
v2.1:
      - Adjusted modules to prevent all the states of offline components from refreshing every offline
        check. 
      -Devices will report back as "null" only when devices and associated components fall offline.
      - Added the "10G VW Layout" module.
      - Added volume support for applicable 10G decoders.

v2.0:
      - Added the ability to have endpoints in the program but not online. Previously, this would prevent the
        module (control processor in particular) from initializing and
        prevent the online devices from being controlled.
      - Polling will happen more frequently but will only poll for one component’s states at a time. This
         prevents serial control from getting backed up behind a global system poll.

v1.2:
      - Isolated serial communication queue to provide better device control responsiveness.
BUGFIX
      - Corrected unsolicited data parsing impacting hotplug detected and resolution

      - SerialPort data transmitting and receiving has been corrected.
      - Encoder blocks will now work with the Wallplate encoders.
                  a. Volume and Screen/light feedback are optional for initialization.
                  b. Please note: If the Wallplate controllers do have volume control, this feedback will not reflect volume data if it is not in the response.
      - Decoder blocks will now initialize with the v2 of the 1G decoders.
                  a. OSD feedback is optional for initialization.
                  b. Please note: If the OSD control does work, this feedback will not reflect the OSD state if it is not in the response.
