AC-MXNET-1G-EV2 ~ V1.12 ~ 09/18/24

NOTICE: Please update the CBOX first before attempting an update on any endpoints. AC-MXNET-1G-EV2 firmware V1.10 Requires CBOX V2.55 or CBOX-B V4.09, or higher in order for RS-232 communication to function properly.

Note: If your EV2 unit is reporting V2.00 firmware or higher, please visit this page for the correct firmware: https://support.avproedge.com/portal/en/kb/articles/ac-mxnet-1g-ev2-b-firmware

Release Notes:
V1.12
  1. Added the ability to change the extracted audio processor's operational mode from normal operation to option "2", which delays extracted audio processing by 7 seconds upon a hot plug event. This is used to mitigate a specific issue where certain sources would lose extracted audio but HDMI audio output was still present after a timeframe of 12-48 hours. Use the CBOX command "config set device dspmode" to adjust.
V1.10
  1. Fixed an issue where MCU commands could bleed out of the RS-232 port of an endpoint.
  2. Added a 2ch audio description for the 1920x1200 EDID.
  3. Fixed an issue where certain cable boxes would drop connection after 20-30 minutes.
V1.08
  1. New Feature: Ability to adjust HDCP request parameters, parameters are "AUTO (HDCP 2.2) or "Do Not Request HDCP". Can be adjusted via the CBOX. Default setting is "AUTO (HDCP 2.2)".
  2. Fixed an issue where the USER EDID read pull from the CBOX would not display the stored EDID information on V2-B Encoders.

V1.06
  1. Fixed an issue where EDID copy from output was not functioning correctly at times.
  2. Fixed a buffer overflow issue that could happen over time at higher bandwidth signals, causing the Evolution Two encoder to lock up.
  3. Fixed an issue where HDCP was always "locked" to output HDCP 2.2.
