AC-MXNET-1G-AVDM-EV2 ~ V3.05 ~ 9/18/24
NOTICE: Please update the CBOX first before attempting an update on any endpoints.
Release Notes:
V3.05
- Added the ability to change the extracted audio processor's operational mode from normal operation to option "2", which delays extracted audio processing by 7 seconds upon a hot plug event. This is used to mitigate a specific issue where certain sources would lose extracted audio but HDMI audio output was still present after a timeframe of 12-48 hours. Use the CBOX command "config set device dspmode" to adjust.
V3.04
- Added an internal communication path to allow the MCU to interface with the AVDM chipset. No other notable changes for this firmware release.
V3.03
- Adjusted the audio mute time when the ingested audio format changes to resolve an issue where switching audio formats would emit a static "pop" noise.
V3.02
- Fixed an issue where MCU commands could bleed out of the RS-232 port of the endpoint.
- Added a 2ch audio description for the 1920x1200 EDID.
V3.01
- Fixed an audio dropout issue with Sky cable boxes, where audio would cut out every 20-30 minutes.
V3.00
- Initial Release. Version change from AC-MXNET-1G-EV2-B to incorporate latest DSP chipset firmware.
