Release Notes:

V3.09

The device's front panel text will flip positions every 10S after a period of time from when the device is powered on. This is done to mitigate screen burn-in on the LCD display after an extended period of time.
Optimizations to HDR processing, in particular in regards to dynamic HDR metadata.
Added API commands to change how MCU HDR/TMUT messages are processed, via the CBOX.
