Hi,

hopefully i get some help here :-). I received my MX-42X couple days ago. I have serious issues to get on the Web Interface. I read out the IP but it´s impossible to get in. 

If i try to ping the device i´m loosing all test packages. 
I´m coming from austria so it´s very close to impossible to get help from here :-(. 

LED´s for network on the device are "ON" and my computer are realizing a LAN connection. 

If i trying the IP address on my browser i´m getting no answer from the device.
