There are three ways to easily access technical support. We recommend submitting a ticket or emailing support if the issue is non-critical. Tickets, voicemail and email submissions are answered within 1-hour during normal business hours. No matter how you submit a request, a support ticket is immediately created for you, this ensures no issue goes unaddressed.

After Hours/Saturday Support:
- We typically have at least ONE support representative working after hours and on weekends. The best way to get after-hours or Saturday support is to submit a ticket or call the Support Line and leave a message if no-one answers. We try to get back to weekend support requests within 1-Hour.
